Welcome to Ommani Tours! By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
All bookings must be made in writing, either through our website, email, or in person.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 45 days prior to the start of the tour. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
For bookings made within 45 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted payment methods as specified by Ommani Tours.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
More than 60 days prior to the tour: Full refund of any payment made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
30 to 59 days prior to the tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
Less than 30 days prior to the tour: No refund will be provided.
Ommani Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour if it is deemed unsafe or impractical due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or airline strikes. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour date.
Ommani Tours reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the tour itinerary, services, and accommodations as necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants. In cases of significant changes, participants will be informed as soon as possible.
Clients may request changes to their booking. Any such changes will be subject to availability and additional charges.
All participants are required to have comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuations, and loss or damage to personal belongings. Ommani Tours will not be held responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to failure to obtain adequate insurance.
Participants must be in good health and physical condition to join our tours. Some itineraries may involve trekking, climbing, or long periods of travel. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Ommani Tours of any medical conditions that may affect their participation.
Ommani Tours will not be liable for any personal injury, death, damage, or loss of property incurred during the tour, except where such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of our staff.
Participants are responsible for their personal safety during the tour and should exercise caution in unfamiliar environments.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have a valid passport, necessary visas, and required permits for travel to Bhutan. Ommani Tours can assist in arranging Bhutanese visas, but we are not responsible for delays or issues in obtaining travel documents.
Any special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, specific accommodations) must be communicated to Ommani Tours at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be met.
If you have any complaints during the tour, please inform your guide or a representative of Ommani Tours immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Any disputes or claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the conclusion of the tour.
Ommani Tours reserves the right to use any photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such media, please inform us at the start of the tour.
Ommani Tours will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bhutan. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhutan.
